The heart of Brooklands Country Retreat and Health Spa is a stunning 19th century country house, nestling on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, and surrounded by 5 acres of matured and beautifully landscaped gardens.Privately owned, Brooklands has been established as a destination spa for more than 25 years. Our extensive range of treatments are delivered in an oasis of understated luxury.

The main house offers two sitting rooms for guests to enjoy the ambience and tranquility of the peaceful surroundings. Our serene sitting room in sumptuous purples is a quiet retreat to relax, unwind in and fully appreciate the magnificent views. This glamourous room is also a great place for guests to enjoy pre or after dinner drinks.

The magnificent period, second sitting room, bordering the central courtyard, is light and airy. You can access the courtyard through classic french doors and alfresco sun loungers surround the courtyards elegant water feature. The sitting room is filled with sumptuous sofas and interesting objets d'art, creating a wonderful place to sit and relax with a coffee and the newspapers. The addition of the open fireplace makes it a wonderful room to cozy up in on colder winter afternoons and evenings.

Brooklands has a choice of eleven bedrooms. Six new luxury suites which envelop the courtyard have just been completed offering superior, master and grand master accommodation; providing the discerning guest with exceptional quality. All rooms have a personality of their own, designed in line with Brooklands ethos of extreme style and comfort. Each room is decorated in soft muted tones with comfortable furniture and tactile fabrics, giving the rooms an unassuming elegance. 

The grand master suite boasts a 2 person walk in steam shower and his and hers basins in the en suite bathroom; indulgent bathing can also be enjoyed in both of the master suites in free standing roll top baths.  You can enjoy fabulous views of the extensive garden from the terrace's which is also accessed directly through French doors in the bedrooms.  Elegant lighting, crisp linen and chic accessories in all rooms, ensure our guests sample the unique Brooklands experience. In addition to all this opulence an outdoor hot tub will be arriving shortly for decadent soaks within the grounds.
